Class of 2016 Parents Giving a Shout Out to GEAR UP and Their Graduating Seniors
The profound power of parental support was no more evident than at the Class of 2016 Senior Scholar’s Celebration. GEAR UP students on their way to college paused for an evening at the Center for College Access and Success, NEIU to receive public recognition from the parents who have been behind them, encouraging them all their lives. When GEAR UP students are backed by supportive parents who believe in them and encourage them to take advantage of every opportunity, they blossom into the successful graduates and scholars recognized at the celebration. Learn more about these GEAR UP scholars.
